Funds will be allocated progressively to legal services as they are performed. At the conclusion of the matter, a final reconciliation will be conducted. Any unused funds will be refunded, providing clients with confidence and financial clarity throughout the engagement.

Once we are formally engaged and trust money is deposited into our trust account, we will commence providing our legal service in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
